How we started
Waterbury Porta Pros built this business on a simple idea: show up on time, keep equipment clean and answer the phone when a customer calls. We're not a national franchise running a call center three states away. We're based here in Waterbury and we know what local contractors, event planners and property managers actually need. When you rent from us, you talk to people who maintain the equipment themselves and who can troubleshoot a problem the same day it happens.
We've learned what works because we listen. A construction superintendent tells us the portable toilet placement needs to shift fifty feet closer to the crew. We move it. What we rent
Standard porta potty rental units have a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank and fit spaces about 44 by 48 inches. A deluxe flushable porta potty offers a footflush valve and an enclosed hand soap dispenser. We rent ADA accessible porta potties where site requirements demand them. Restroom trailers hold multiple stalls, offer real sinks and sometimes climate control.
For construction cleanup, we provide roll-off dumpster rental in multiple sizes. Our storage container rental works for materials, tools or temporary office space. For events, use these same ratios as a starting point. A 200-person wedding needs a different setup than a 200-person music festival. Call us with your headcount and we'll recommend the right number.
What's included in rental service?
Standard rental includes delivery, placement, a baseline service visit per week, and pickup. Check our rental cost page for weekly and monthly pricing. Weekend rates run higher than weekday rates. Service includes emptying the holding tank, restocking toilet paper and hand soap, and spot cleaning the interior. If you need more frequent service, say, twice a week because your site is very busy, we can add that.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. Waterbury Porta Pros operates seven days a week. Weekend delivery and service cost more than weekday, because staffing runs lean on Saturdays and Sundays. If your event restroom rental or emergency happens on a weekend, we can handle it. Just call ahead so we can plan the route.
Can I get a quote online?
